Adjoining the pink house we can offer another beautiful property ‘Toulas House‘ benefiting from the same spectacular sea views, Toulas house can sleep 2-7 people. This property has been tastefully decorated and there are Casablanca fans and air conditioning on every floor. Again the property is set out on three levels with more than enough space for any family to enjoy a real traditional Greek holiday.

GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen
On the ground floor you enter an open plan dining-kitchen / lounge area with modern furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge freezer, microwave, small electric cooker and several electrical appliances including toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and all necessary kitchen utensils including pasta sets etc.
Lounge
The lounge area has a light and airy feel with tiled floors and modern leather furniture. It has matching dark wooden occasional tables and dining suite. You will find a selection of CDs/DVDs and videos should you wish to spend an evening in. The lounge area is equipped with TV and satellite receiver/DVD/Video recorder and CD player. On this floor there is also a guest wc/shower room.

 

Outside
Leading out of the kitchen area through a set of French doors you will find the pretty terrace area equipped with barbecue, smoked glass cream and aluminium dining table and reclining chairs, side tables, sun loungers, hammock and large parasol. The views from this lower terrace are magnificent stretching out over to Corfu town.

FIRST FLOOR

Climbing the lovely wooden staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms, both decorated with light modern wicker and maple furniture equipped with Casablanca ceiling fans, TV and Video recorders. Each of these bedrooms has a set of French doors leading out onto the upper balcony with views overlooking Kalami Bay and Albania, ‘where you may from time to time spot the visiting yachts of the rich and famous who frequent the North East Coast’. On this floor you will also find the main bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR

Climbing a further set of wooden stairs you will find on the second floor a luxuriously furnished master bedroom with a large leather king size bed and exposed wooden beamed ceiling. This top floor has the most magnificent views of all the property from its large picture window overlooking the Albanian coast and Kalami Bay. It also has matching dark brown occasional furniture with an ornate metal day bed suitable for a child if required and TV/Video recorder and free-standing electric fan.
